What We Will Do
Nourish The Body
Specific nutrition recommendations are given that include foods to avoid but focus more on what to eat to nourish your body and support detox and blood sugar balance. This is NOT a juice cleanse--you will be eating quality food.
Support The Liver
Your liver is performs over 200 vital functions everyday and is exposed to a large number of toxins it also has to filter aka it's working overtime day in and day out.
We include specific foods and supplements to give your liver a little extra love along with some more advanced physical detox techniques.
Detoxify The Mind
I help you set an intention for your detox and create a daily mindset practice using journaling, a short yoga flow, and self reflection. This is by far my favorite part of the detox!

I'm an integrative dietitian and functional nutrition practitioner with a passion for helping women detoxify this minds and bodies and balance their hormones.
I created this 10 Day Mind Body Liver Detox Program because I saw a common theme working 1:1 with my clients--all women need some liver support!
I focus a lot on detox (it’s part of my business name) and it’s not because it’s trendy, but because it truly is foundational for your health no matter what area you are focusing on.
In this program I am taking my best resources, videos, supplements, and daily habits for liver support and mind body detox and putting them all in one place. I will support you on this 10 day journey and hope that daily detox practices changed your life as much as they have changed mine.

How do I know if I need a detox?
All women need detox support. Our liver processes all toxins, our hormones, makes bile (important for digestion), and converts thyroid hormone (control metabolism). We are all exposed to a lot of toxins on a daily basis. Anyone can benefit from this program.
What do I eat on this program?
This program eliminates gluten, grains, dairy, soy, alcohol, sugar, and caffeine for 10 days. While we are eliminating quite a few foods we are focusing more on what you ARE eating. I provide a 10 day meal plan with easy and delicious recipes that you can continue to use post detox.
How do I know this is for me?
